Hello! I’m Natacha Richard, MSN, PMHNP-BC.

I believe mental healthcare should feel compassionate, collaborative, and free of judgment. My goal is to help you understand your symptoms, develop a personalized treatment plan, and feel supported every step of the way.

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I specialize in treating adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma-related conditions, and other mood disorders.

Every treatment plan is individualized because no two people experience mental health the same way. Together we’ll focus on improving your emotional well-being while helping you build lasting resilience and confidence.

Whether you’re seeking help for the first time or looking for a fresh approach after previous treatment, I’m committed to creating a safe space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered.
